Quadrilateral – Definition
In geometry, the Quadrilateral is a closed two-dimensional figure that is formed by four points. The vertices of the quadrilateral are A, B, C, and D and the sides are AB, BC, CD, DA. A quadrilateral has four sides and four angles and two diagonals. The angle between two adjacent sides is called the angle of the quadrilateral. The four angles of the above quadrilateral are ∠DAB, ∠ABC, ∠ACD, and ∠BDC. In a quadrilateral, the sum of any two angles is 180 degrees.
