- Write the product number in the third column after equal to symbol.

5 x 7
5 x 7 can be read like 5 times 7
Here 5 is multiplicand and 7 is the multiplier
5 x 7 = 35
So, 5 is the product.
The addition fact is 5 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 5 = 35 which is same as 5 multiplied by 7.
